Room photos and designs

Room photos are sent to the application server for processing. RoomRearrange does not currently persist photos or design files in its own database. The editable project is stored in your browser using IndexedDB, so clearing browser data can remove it.

AI processing

When you create or revise a redesign, the uploaded room photo, your written brief, and the current redesign may be sent to configured AI providers including OpenAI, OpenRouter-hosted Qwen models, and fal.ai to analyze the room, isolate furniture, and generate the result. Providers process that data under their own terms and privacy policies. Written requests may also be checked by Waffo Prompt Sift before generation. The instant sample does not upload a personal photo or call an AI provider.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand page usage, traffic sources, device and browser characteristics, and product performance. These services may process usage data under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not upload photos that you do not own or have permission to process.

Accounts and payments

Google provides sign-in. We store your account identifier, email address, free-preview status, credit balance, and payment references so credits can follow your account across devices. Waffo Pancake processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record; RoomRearrange does not receive your full card details.

Data choices

You can remove locally stored projects by clearing site data in your browser. Avoid uploading photos that contain people, private documents, or other sensitive information.
