Refund policy

Failed generations

A credit is finalized only after a redesign succeeds. If the generation fails before a result is delivered, the reserved credit is returned to your account automatically.

Credit-pack purchases

Credit packs are digital, one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Payment, receipts, taxes, and eligible payment refunds are handled through Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. Any refund that is issued may remove the corresponding unused credits from the account.

Payment problems

If a completed payment does not appear in your balance, keep the receipt and email support@airoomredesign.ai so the payment reference can be matched safely.
